The Realm Domains website is operated by Heprix Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. These Terms of Use govern the visiting of the website, the use of its content, and the submission of enquiries or offer requests through the site.
In this text, “Platform” means the Realm Domains website, “Operator” means the natural or legal person operating the site, and “User” means the person who visits the Platform or submits a request through its forms.
The Platform is used to promote a domain name portfolio, receive domain purchase and sale requests, and provide information about domain valuation and portfolio management services.
Submitting a form through the Platform does not, on its own, create a sale, transfer, or paid service agreement. The scope, fees, and other terms specific to a transaction are set separately between the parties where required.
Efforts are made to keep the domain name information, descriptions, prices, and service content published on the Platform up to date. However, the sale status, price, and availability of domain names may change over time, and this information must be confirmed before a transaction begins.
The listing of a domain name does not mean that all listed domain names belong to the Operator. The portfolio may include domain names belonging to the Operator as well as domain names belonging to third parties who have authorised their promotion or sale.
General information and valuation content does not constitute a guarantee of a particular sale price, commercial success, or return on investment.
The User is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information shared through the forms and, if acting on behalf of another person, for holding the necessary authority.
Requests submitted are assessed according to their content and the status of the relevant domain name. Submitting a form does not mean that an offer has been accepted, that a domain name has been reserved, or that any action will be taken within a particular period.
Identity documents, payment card details, account passwords, health information, or other sensitive information that is not necessary to assess the request must not be entered in the form fields.
The User must use the Platform for lawful purposes and with respect for the rights of third parties.
Unless otherwise stated, the rights in the text, design, logos, images, and other content on the Platform belong to the Operator or the relevant rights holders. Except for uses permitted by law, this content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the permission of the rights holder.
The appearance of a domain name on the Platform does not mean that any trademark or other intellectual property rights associated with that domain name have been transferred, or that any particular use has been confirmed as lawful.
The Platform may contain links to websites belonging to third parties. Transactions carried out on those sites and their data processing activities are subject to the terms of the relevant service provider.
Access to the Platform may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems, or causes beyond the Operator's control. No absolute guarantee is given that the Platform will operate without interruption or error.
These provisions do not remove the Operator's liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable legislation, or the User's statutory rights.
Information about the processing of personal data shared through the Platform is set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice, and explanations about privacy and the use of cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Visiting the Platform or reading these Terms of Use is not treated as explicit consent to the processing of personal data or as approval to receive commercial electronic messages.
These Terms of Use may be updated to reflect changes in the operation of the Platform or in legislation. The current text is published on the Platform with the stated update date. Changes do not automatically alter rights arising from agreements previously concluded.
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies to these terms. In disputes, the courts and enforcement offices that are competent and authorised by law, and, to the extent applicable, consumer arbitration committees, have jurisdiction. The User's rights arising from mandatory legislation are reserved.
